What are the different types of shutters available?

We currently only sell plantation shutters, specifically PVC with aluminum extrusion to ensure longevity and the prevention of cracks and warpage when compared to basswood.

How do I measure for shutters?

Measuring shutters is easy. For accurate results, measure the width and height of your shutters at three different points, including any mid-sections. Please note the smallest measurement for both width and height. Additionally, please specify your preferred shutter layout and frame option. The Small Z style is often the most popular and practical choice.

What materials are our shutters made from?

We only use PVC due to its resistance to cracking, strength and longevity.

What colors and finishes are available?

White and Offwhite.

Do you offer custom-sized shutters?

Yes in a square configuration. We do not make arch style, curves or triangles etc.

Can I install the shutters myself?

Yes - Our whole business is for you to self install so that you can save thousands and enjoy in the satisfaction of doing it yourself.

How do I place an order?

4. You will receive an invoice, once fully paid, we will begin making your order

5. We notify you and arrange delivery OR you pickup. Install & Enjoy!

What are your payment options?

We strive on passing savings to you therefore we only accept payments via bank transfer to avoid payment processing fees. No other payments are available.

Do you offer financing options?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any financing or loan options.

What is your shipping policy?

Delievery options are available, however it can be effective if you collect from our partner warehouse.

What are your return and exchange policies?

Each shutter is made to order. Therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

Do you offer warranties or guarantees?

We offer 5 year manufacturers warranty and 12 months on the painted finish.

Do you offer installation services?

We dont normally as we supply only, however depending on the job we maybe able to put you in touch with trades who may be able to assist.

What is your shipping policy?

Delievery options are available, however it can be effective if you collect from our partner warehouse.

How long does the installation process typically take?

A typical window with two panels can be installed in 20 mins. 

Can I get a sample of your shutters before I order?

Unfortunately we do not offer samples as we want to keep costs down and pass these savings to you.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Unfortunately we dont have a special, just an everyday low price. 

Do I need to prepare my windows before installation?

Many of our customers are installing these in new properties or new window installations, so no preperation is required. Any existing blinds that will interfere with the frame will also need to be removed to allow for the installation to occur. 

How long does it typically take to receive my order?

It can take up to 8 weeks. We always aim for less. In the unlikely event we will reach out and let you know so you are informed. But please understand creating a bespoke product does take time and we work hard to ensure it is right for you.

Can i change or alter my order after payment

We will make every effort to assist. However we can not make any gurantees if we have began manufactoring your order. Please ensure you make your selections and ensure measurements are correct at the time of order.

What if i recieve my order and the measurements i provided is not what i recieved.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your order. If the mistake is on our side we will remake this for you at no cost. If there was an error on the measurements you provided, unfortunately we cant be made responsible. We will however work with you to assist where possible as we do want to see you happy.

Where are the blinds made & where is Pickup?

Blinds are manufactured in China. Once your order clears and is available for pickup you will be notified. At our holding facility in Sydney (Padstow). We will advise details once your order is available to collect.

Do you stock parts?

Please do let us know and we will assist you in this regard with broken hardware or if you need a panel remade as an example.
